Left waiting in BMW service area, no Mini service person. BMW customers queue jumping at drop off. Courtesy car not ready. Spent ages checking lack of damage on courtesy car both out & in but not on my car. Which on returning home was badly scratched

I was told to bring my car into the garage for 9:30, and the servive would take 1 and a half hours. With no explanation it took 3 hours, and I was waiting all of that time with a small dog. I would have left the car another day if I was told this.
