Work was carried out quicker than originally thought as was great as didnt have to be in Stirling all day
I was able to sit and wait whilst work was done with WiFi, newspapers and complimentary tea coffee. It took 4 hrs (I was first customer of the day) I thought it would be less than that but maybe thats normal.
The car was in a special bit of the show room and it was on its own they went through everything with me and even set up my blue tooth

As above , the car has been in twice and the problem still persists. Its booked in for a third time next week.
my car still under service contract, no extras billed (eg screen wash) reduced price for MOT so that's all I had to pay
